Under the direction of the Production Systems Supervisor, ensures timely and accurate output of internal web-based applications. Candidate must have a strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery & PHP. Essential Duties: Develop internal applications used to support Graphics / Design processes. Strong emphasis on efficiency tools to be delivered to external sales teams. Assist with troubleshooting other applications and/or processes as requested. Coordinates progress with other departments (production, sales) as needed. Provide feedback to Systems team & Production staff on ideas for improvement Deliver superior customer service to both external / internal customers. Education & Experience: Requires three or more years web development experience. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret data from internal & external customers. Above average written and verbal communication skills required. Reasoning Abilities: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions & recommend robust solutions. Ability to deal with problems in an appropriate manner. Ability to provide feedback to Supervisor and Production personnel regarding specific problems & recommendations for improvement. Ability to make decisions and determine the time frame for completion of projects. Other Skills & Requirements: Comply with Company policies and procedures. Excellent communication, time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Committed to high standards of quality & efficiency.
