Description
The Warehouse Operator II is accountable for performing key job responsibilities within Stocking while meeting company expectations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, attendance and attitude/teamwork. Operator will specialize in the cut reel area and responsibilities will include cutting and packaging reels per customer/stock requirements. Position is also accountable for cross training, as required, in other areas outside of primary job function. Full-time hours are 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with frequent overtime required. Pay for this position is $10.25 per hour which includes a shift premium. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and prior warehouse experience preferred · Demonstrated a positive attitude and team work orientation. · Detail oriented with strong quality and productivity orientation. · Dependable, flexible and focused orientation. · Good communication skills including ability to read and understand simple instructions. · Ability to count accurately and perform simple math. · Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization. · Personal computer experience preferred. · Ability to lift, push, pull and move objects up to 50 lbs. · Ability to stoop and bend. · Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. · Ability to climb ladders. Arrives on time to work scheduled hours and complete assigned tasks · Requires an in-house forklift and pallet jack license
