This will require providing both knowledge and performance based instruction in Hand Soldering, Electrical and Electronic Assemblies, Acceptance of Printed Circuit Boards, Harness and Cable Assemblies, Torque Tools, Safety Wiring and Cotter Keys and other courses as required to meet production and program needs. Focus will also require working with Technical Training in support of Technical Operations to identify training development needs and resources to support those needs. This position has daily interface with employees, managers and co-workers and will require good problem solving and communication skills. This is a team environment with both local and virtual teaming responsibilities. Standard Job Description Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support personnel. Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules. Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs; prepares lesson plans and training materials; designs product demonstrations; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. May administer tests.
