Title: Systems Engineer Prin. (Test Director) Location: USA-Texas-Arlington Other Locations: Responsibilities The Test Director is responsible for system test planning, coordination of hardware and software integration, and direction of system test and acceptance on simulation programs.
Duties * Will draft and review test procedures that will comprehensively evaluate application trainer upgrades or development * Will trace test procedures to applicable development requirements in conjunction with the systems engineering team * Will monitor and control testing aspects of the program for cost, schedule and technical issues
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline * 8 years of related experience in use, test and evaluation of simulation training devices and products * Must have experience interfacing with the customer and be able to explain technical concerns * Must have the ability to lead a team of engineers and be self motivated to address, evaluate and if necessary, correct testing concerns * Knowledge of aircraft systems is required * F16 pilot experience and a test background * Concurrency with M6 OFP desirable, will consider 5.2 We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
