The Systems Engineers role is to ensure the stability, integrity, availability and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software, hardware and associated operating systems. The Systems Engineer will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. These systems may include Active Directory, SQL, Double Take, Backup Exec System Recovery, Exchange, Sharepoint, Cardiff Teleforms, Citrix Presentation server, DNS, WINS, and DHCP. The Systems Engineer will also be responsible for partnering with development teams to support architecture and delivery of developed applications.
Requirements:
High school diploma, college degree preferred Certificate program in PC technology or higher Documented experience working successfully in customer service positions Citrix certifications and MCSE a plus
3 years IT experience
