Service & Repair Sales Representative

ThyssenKrupp Elevator has an exciting employment opportunity as a Service & Repair Sales Representative in the Dallas market. This role is responsible for the profitable sale of service contracts on a full line of vertical transportation equipment manufactured by TKE and its competitors.
Some job duties include: exceeding or meeting monthly sales quotas by maintaining & growing the customer base; utilizing sales techniques to up-sell to current customers & cold call on prospective customers; preparing proposals to bid on new jobs: delivering presentation; negotiating prices & other terms; completing paperwork & reports; developing & maintaining strong relationships with new & existing customers; and performing other job duties as assigned.
A Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field is required. At least three (3) years of outside B2B sales experience with a successful track record is necessary. A strong mechanical aptitude along with excellent customer service, time & project management, communication and sales lead generation skills are essential. Candidate must be aggressive and self-motivated. Good MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are necessary and experience using CRM software is a plus. Previous elevator industry experience is a plus.
