Senior Personal Training Department Head - Allen (Sports Management/Operations)
As the Senior Personal Training Department Head, you will be responsible for the overall direction, development, coordination, and supervision of your home club's Personal Training Department as well as management of regional operations.
In this position, you will ensure continuous professional growth and development of all Personal Trainers and leadership in your assigned clubs while supporting the Regional Category Lead as needed.
Responsibilities
Manage PT daily, monthly, and yearly operations in home club and assigned region to include:
Staffing, financial performance, marketing, reporting and analysis, and regional communication.
Assess individual performance, provide feedback, and employee recognition; ensure continuous development of leadership team
Recruit, interview, and train all new personal training staff
Conduct weekly Personal Training Department and Management meetings
Qualifications
Four-year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or other related field
Minimum of two nationally recognized Personal Training certifications
Consistent performance exceeding 110% of Revenue and EBITDA for at least one year
2-3 years experience as a Personal Training Department Head at our company preferred
2-3 years sales experience, including management of revenue and EBITDA metrics
