DUTIES: Provide production, QA and performance environment support for CBS, Telegence, Customer Account Management (CAM) and Savvion applications; perform application and middleware production and non-production support using UNIX, WebLogic, and Tuxedo for CAM and Telegence billing systems; provide ongoing support for Tuxedo, WebLogic, iPlanet and MQ application systems; monitor and investigate alarms and job status reports; represent CBS application components on outage calls; assist client applications with tracing transactions and confirm results; escalate and engage Tier 3 development support; provide 24x7 on-call coverage support; create and manage CRs for application and infrastructure components.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science followed by five years of progressive experience in application and middleware production and non-production support using UNIX, WebLogic, and Tuxedo systems with three years experience therein to include production and non-production support for Customer Account Management (CAM) and Telegence billing systems.
