Project Manager, Internal Communications
Create and implement strategic and corporate communications for an internal audience. Develop, deploy and manage messages using a variety of exciting, engaging and innovative communication channels. Responsible for monthly business updates, presentations, speeches, scripts, announcements, strategic campaigns and special projects. Primary customers include the CEO, President, Specialty Retail, President, NMD, senior executives, investor relations, corporate communications, and human resources. Develop and manage the content of the internal online publication to include researching and writing original articles, interviews and features. Assists with managing communications for and the Careers at the Company recruitment materials. Produce and direct internal videos to complement and support strategic initiatives with concept and script development, narrative structure and storyboards, production and distribution. Envision and illustrate key strategic concepts and corporate messages Plan and coordinate large-scale, complex, live special events. Create and manage internal branding campaigns for strategic initiatives, including logos, message development and on-going communication.
