Participates in the strategic development and creation of fully integrated advertising and marketing programs for the Company. Under the guidance of Manager, manages general and Latina market product PR, integrated advertising and marketing programs which can include: sponsorships, contests, sweepstakes, sampling, PR outreach, local market events, custom creative development, video content, merchandising, Sales Force tools and experience based programs to positively elevate consumer awareness/perception of the brand, products and independent sales force thus making it easier for the independent sales force to book parties. Manages multiple agencies and vendors that support fully integrated advertising and marketing partnerships.
