PHYSICIAN RELATIONS MGR (FT)
Title: PHYSICIAN RELATIONS MGR (FT) Location: TX-Frisco Other Locations: The Physician Relations Program Manager, reporting directly to the Director, Business Development, is responsible for developing and implementing strategic physician recruitment and development plans, coordinating out- of- market physician relocation efforts, for both inpatient and outpatient services, and support for product lines and programs that lead to admissions and specialty referrals. Ensures adequate complement of physicians in accordance with needs and goals of the hospital and medical staff. Assists in developing strategies for attracting proper mix of medical practitioners and/or specialists. Works with leadership in development of recruitment programs, budgets and strategies in accordance with physician development helor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred). 3-5 years proven, demonstrated sales experience (healthcare strongly preferred). MS office proficiancy required.
