Partner Channel Manager II
Job Responsibilities:
General Summary: Achieve quota objectives, which are determined yearly, by recruiting national partners in the XO Partner Channel network. Establish and maintain relationships with XO partner agents, who have a national sales presence, in order to help them achieve their sales goals. Partner with LCM's to ensure their success with assigned agents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and grow sales and revenue from assigned critical Business Partners in assigned territory. 2. Recruit potential prospects with a national sales presence into the XO Business Partner Program. 3. Perform joint business planning activity and compliance with XO's largest Business Partners and strategic sales alliances using XO standardized methodology. 4. Build and implement a business plan with Business partners to include the following: a. Contract and compliance b. Relationship c. Promotions d. Training and Business Partner Readiness e. Certifications f. Sales Funnel g. Revenue Growth h. Resource Management i. Drive Demand and Brand Preference for XO products and services within assigned Business Partners 5. Partner with partner channel and local market support engaged with assigned Business Partners to ensure success and problem resolution. 6. Indirect channel resource for RVP and General Managers. Partner with them, as well as the LCM's, to ensure successful overlay in management of the partner relationships. 7. Responsible for 100% monthly participation in quota attainment.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • Licensures: • Relevant Work Experience: • 4 plus years direct/indirect sales experience in the telecommunications industry • 3-5 years sales/technical application experience, including data sales.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Strong management, organizational, sales, and relationship skills a must • Ability to excel in a deadline driven, revenue focused environment • Ability to work productively in a matrix management environment, balancing the needs of many. • Strong ability to influence others where no actual reporting relationship exists.
