Amcor Rigid Plastics is currently seeking an Operations Manager for their Fort Worth, TX facility.
Individual will direct and coordinate activities of the day to day operations of the facility in an industrial organization. You will manage the shift supervisors and managers who in turn supervise department personnel of the facility and you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the facility while carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities also include interviewing, addressing complaints, problem solving, and coordination of the financial and political responsibilities of the plant.

Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, eight to ten years related experience, the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics inference, and fundamentals of geometry, trigonometry, and statistics.
