JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, the leader in insurance services and solutions, is searching for a sales leader to be their representative in a designated territory. You will be responsible for new growth revenue by adding to the existing book of business. You will be responsible for servicing the needs of your clients, attainment of sales objectives and client satisfaction and retention for new and existing accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
Sales and account management experience either selling to or working for a P&C insurance carrier as an agency owner, producer or in a similar capacity.
Self starter that is able to work autonomously in a home office based environment.
Superior communication skills.
Good knowledge of underwriting principles/techniques.
Understanding of the P&C market and competitors.
Understanding of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.
Knowledge of personal computers, company-approved software, and business system applications.
Possesses a high level of motivation to achieve necessary involvement within a team.
