PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: .Maintain accurate monthly pricing and product database by working closely with the manufacturer. .Maintain system pricing and promotion, keeping Customer Service informed. .Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship in the day-to-day activities of Business Manager, working independently. .Work closely with distributors i.e., providing item set-up, suggested order quantities, overstocks. Communicating status to sales force. .Prepare reports by manipulating programs as requested by Business Manager or Principal for analysis. (Microsoft Access) Level 3 (Advanced) Microsoft Excel .Run and analyze market information (i.e., Nielsen, Empower It), ability to draw conclusions on own. .Track Presentations and Category Reviews submitted to Military Exchange headquarters and DeCA, analyzing final results for future presentations and planning. .Interfacing with Field Sales, Principals, Exchange Headquarters Distributors, Military Buyers and Commissary Patrons. .Initiate and answer correspondence over Business Manager's or own signature. .Perform general administrative duties. .Perform ad hoc requests for business manager as deemed necessary for service to client and customer .Performs miscellaneous job-related duties, including but not limited to: oPOS requirements oCoordinate distribution of product samples and coupons oVerifying by-monthly shelf tags oMonthly syndicated data analysis of category and manufacture businesses oQuarterly Penetration Reports oProvide new item material upon receipt from DeCA oProvide necessary selling material for field mandatory packages oOverseas pricing oDemo Coordination oExchanges - contracts, presentations, pricing, updating. oDisplay Period Analysis category oGap Reports/New Item Speed to Shelf tracking and follow-up
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate Degree 4 year college degree preferred
