Incumbent is responsible for the coordination and implementation of branding initiatives for STA marketing. This includes the coordination of all respective brand marketing efforts for internal teams and major carrier customers to ensure successful execution of all marketing deliverables and campaigns. This position involves establishment of effective working relationships with channel marketing, digital marketing, product planning, carrier customer and external agency personnel. Also will oversee with Senior Manager strategic planning and approach for CRM and product naming initiative.
Common Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement the following as related to strategic product marketing plans:
•    iconic product positioning,
•    brand product launch programs and promotions,
•    STA brand marketing programs (advertising creative production  and media strategy), and
•    marketing support processes and procedures
•    Strategic oversight of Customer Resource Management (CRM)  Initiatives and product naming.
•    Participate on marketing teams lead by Senior Manager I and chartered with developing new marketing programs.
•    Maintain close and frequent working relationships with STA channel marketing, digital marketing, legal and product planning to streamline naming process, develop social media strategies and optimize campaign execution within projected timelines with internal departments and external carrier customers.
•    Participate in development of customer strategies, including participation on account teams.
•    Assist in representing STA in partnerships with outside advertising or media-related firms in the creation of STA, customer, and product-related marketing programs.
•    Proactively seek out and pursue marketing opportunities and external partnership/sponsorship opportunities activities that can benefit the STA brand.
•    Manage market development and cooperative development budget and expenditures for assigned accounts.
•    Serve as primary headquarters’ marketing interface to carrier’s customer product marketing, marketing communications, and public relations teams.
•    Prepare account management, progress, expenditure, and other related reports as directed by management.
Background/Experience:  
•    Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing or Engineering, from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience in the telecommunications industry.
•    Should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a program management or wireless communications position requiring direct agency and customer contact.
•    Experience in a marketing or sales department or functional company group developing, compiling, and presenting information on marketing products and services.   
•    Experience in media planning fundamentals and measurement.
•    Experience researching and resolving customer marketing and sales complaints and issues.
•    Experience developing marketing and sales presentations using a variety of PC applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic arts software.
Necessary Skills/Attributes:
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
•    Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
•    Read and interpret marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
•    Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company.
•    Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
