KUBRA is a rapidly growing company that needs an energetic National Account Executive to join our dynamic team. May work from one of our facilities or remotely in the U.S.Must have experience selling e-billing solutions into the Insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business through consultative selling to high-level executives, prospecting, preparation of proposals, and reporting of sales activities to the VP of North American Sales
Manage the flawless execution of the KUBRA sales process, including proposals, presentations, contract negotiations, signing and implementation definition (statement of work), financial analysis, SOW development, and implementation/account management transition
Clearly articulate KUBRA solutions and business value propositions to prospects - Create the vision match and use the KUBRA products to solve customer’s business problems
Adhere to required sales reporting and forecasting requirements
Achieve and exceed quota of new net business wins for products and services in the assigned Insurance industry sales team with existing clients and net new business
Create and perform sales presentations in person and remotely along with preparing sales proposals to clients
Respond to formal and complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and engage/marshal required internal resources to ensure win and success of the RFPs/Opportunities
Establish, negotiate and close contracts for each new business deal
Assess industry specific markets, pricing strategies, customer needs, and the competition. In addition, analyze market and product opportunities in conjunction with the appropriate departments
Consistently provide leadership to the Account Management teams in identifying, presenting and closing new sales opportunities within existing customer base
Support sales and marketing by representing and demonstrating KUBRA’s solutions to customers, at trade shows, and industry events
Assess industry specific markets, pricing strategies, customer needs, and the competition. In addition, analyze market and product opportunities in conjunction with the appropriate department
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the outsourcing industry working with C level executives of large Insurance organizations
Background in sales of document/payment, e-commerce related Outsourcing Services into the Insurance industry is mandatory C-level contacts and relationships a plus in targeted verticals (Property & Casualty, Home & Auto)
Demonstrate the captured, maintenance and expansion of sales revenue specific to outsourced services with documented results of growth
Experience with Insurance billing, call centres, and payment applications are a plus
