HR Sr Manager - Compensation
1. Manages and provides counsel and assistance on department related services and programs to operating managements to ensure effective administration and communication of human resources programs. 2. Identifies and initiates projects needed to implement human resources plans and to improve operations. Manages and establishes or helps to establish human resources standards, controls and measurements for operating management's use. 3. Establishes or helps to develop human resources standards, controls and measurements for operating management's use. 4. Counsels associates at senior management levels on the implementation and operation of human resources-related programs, and, whenever appropriate, disseminates new human resources management techniques and approaches to Company management. 5. Ensures compliance with Company policy, procedures and employment laws; takes appropriate action in dual role of associate advocate and management coach. Manages the administration of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and corporate objectives.
