Enterprise Mgr Information Technology 3
The Information Technology Manager for Enterprise Resource Planning Recurring (ITPM 3) position shall provide overall IT management and customer liaison between One Source Technical Support organizations and the One Source PMO organization for Enterprise Resource Planning Recurring projects. The role's overall purpose is to ensure customer satisfaction with and alignment of enterprise ERP services and business sector requirements.
The position will be responsible for the following:
1) Responsible to the ESS ERP Operations Director in managing the One Source Enterprise Resource Planning operations annual ERP technical project plans and recurring management of those projects
2) preparation and management of annual budgets (capital and expense) and funding processes
3) daily coordination with sector business partners
4) operational performance and customer satisfaction ratings of the ERP production environment
5) manage oversight of the Configuration Control Change Board
6) alignment between supporting functional homeroom organizations on ERP processes and direction management of the ERP help processes for the timely resolution of business partner and production issues
7) coordination of all technical landscape upgrades including GUI, DB and software support packs
8) supporting One Source ERP system audits on matters of process and system security
9) license management of SAP and supporting software to ensure compliance
10) managing supplier interface and support for maintaining the technical infrastructure landscape in accordance with industry standards
11) supporting One Source non-recurring projects to ensure satisfactory landscape requirements are addressed, manage transition to recurring support and ensure production readiness of non-recurring efforts
Basic Qualifications: The candidate shall have a four year degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline along with at least eight to ten years of prior experience in IT operations, site management, or major IT project implementations. Candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in effectively managing multiple projects and activities through professional staff. Candidate must have strong verbal, interpersonal and written communications skills with all levels of the organization.
The successful candidate will also have experience with and be able to perform technical planning, ERP system integration, verification and validation, cost benefit, supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of SAP system development and include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and redeployment.
Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate shall have experience working with the One Source ERP Solutions Group management.
