Director, Planning Outlets
Broadly responsible for the planning, tracking and receipt flow of all the retail stores and oversees the profitability of inventory through sales and stock strategies for these segments. Responsible for overseeing the markup, markdown, inventory levels and turnover, total store by store assortment, quality management and liquidation. Defining standards for purchasing, processing and distributing merchandise. Responsible for directing the development of a proper set of techniques that will allow for efficient planning and buying for our increasing number of stores. Oversees the interface between user and IS for all merchandise planning systems. Managing and developing the Outlet Planning team
