Description
Responsible for program management of antenna solutions throughout program's lifecycle. Lead team of program managers in matrix environment to ensure program is delivered on time and within budget. Identify program milestones. Monitor program-level status of individual projects to develop and communicate single view of program. Manage program schedule. Manage and track program expenditures. Identify and coordinate inter-project critical path dependencies. Track and drive program issues and jeopardies to resolution. Establish sub-team hierarchy as required to coordinate and close issues. Use disciplined project and program management methods and tools to ensure that program is delivered as planned. Develop and present routine status reports on program timeline, issues, jeopardies, etc. Work with Staff organizations to incorporate key learnings into business processes.
Bachelor degree in engineering, project management or a related field. 3-5 years of project management or program management experience with strong PM skills. Strong leadership, problem resolution, and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented. Strong analytical skills that allow candidate to make technical, quantitative, and qualitative decisions as well as manage risk. Working knowledge of wireless networks, antenna technologies and business processes. Flexible in the face of complex, shifting priorities. Ability to lead and direct teams in a matrix environment. Proficient in problem solving. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is desired.
