Corp Fin VP Account Officer - C&I Portfolio Management
The position will be responsible for managing all elements of credit risk and relationship for a portfolio of senior secured lending facilities. The portfolio of loans will include Agency transactions as well as bought Participations. Structurally, the loan portfolio will include Asset Based Lending facilities as well as Cash Flow structured loans typically having a revolving line of credit and perhaps a complimentary term loan facility. The position will negotiate loan terms and agreements with new and existing customers, prepare and present periodic internal reviews of all credit facilities in the assigned portfolio, approve periodic advances on loans, analyze financial trends of commercial borrowers, analyze collateral trends and performance, be responsive to internal and external credit audit requests and regulatory compliance of the loan portfolio.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Sound understanding of accounting principles.
Five years experience in the banking or finance industry.
