Requisition ID 21157BR Position Title Coordinator, Commercial Eval,Associate Job Family Property Specialists Job Location TX-Irving Employment Category fulltime-regular Job Description The Commercial Evaluation Coordinator Associate will gather pertinent subject property information from various sources to set up files on new orders. They will also order the inspections and upon return of inspections the Coordinator will attach the photos of subject to the appropriate report electronically. The Coordinator will also know how to fulfill IVR orders.
. Gathers information on subject properties by searching Assessor's websites/telephoning offices and inputs information into report electronically. . Searches the FirstAmCES data base to ascertain whether a prior report was done on this property and if so make a copy of the report for the file. . Enter basic information on the property into Access data base. . Interact with requestors via email or telephone to obtain additional information needed to fulfill order. . Order inspection from inspection company or broker (may need to order comps as well) . Place completed inspections in file, attach photos electronically to report. . Collect Assessed/Full Values for various jurisdictions to fulfill iVR's and be able to interpret various assessment ratios in some jurisdictions. Job Qualifications .
