As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Detailed Description
Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability. Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plan. Responsible for solutioning and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. The preferred candidate will have several years of Consulting experience supporting Communicatons implementations, including demonstrated Project Management experience.
