Requisition ID 21042BR Position Title Commercial Evaluation Analyst, Associate Job Family Property Specialists Job Location TX-Irving Employment Category fulltime-regular Job Description The Commercial Evaluation Analyst Associate will be responsible for fulfilling evaluation reports. Conduct searches for comparable sales, selecting the three most similar and analyzing the sales using the Sales Comparison Approach, concluding upon an estimate of market value for subject property.
.Gathers information on subject property physical characteristics by searching Assessor's websites/telephoning offices and input this information into report electronically. .Enter basic information on the property into Access data base. .Interact with requestors via email or telephone to obtain additional information needed to fulfill order. .Research master list of state/county assessment ratios and select appropriate assessment data into CLOS system for IVR/EIVR. .Able to order inspection from inspection company or broker (may need to order comps as well) .Place completed inspections in file, attach photos electronically to report. .Collect Assessed/Full Values for various jurisdictions to fulfill IVRs and be able to interpret various assessment ratios in some jurisdictions. .Conduct a search for three comparable sales and input data into EIVR report. .Upon fulfillment of IVR/EIVR enter completion information into Access. Job Qualifications .High School diploma required, some college or college degree preferred; appraisal or BPO experience a plus .Good written and verbal communication skills .Standard MS skill set, including Access and Outlook .After training, Analyst Associates will know basic company terminology, report types, evaluation group processes and tools % of Travel Required None
