The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic, operational, accounting and financial support to the organization. The CFO will handle all finance and accounting functions. The CFO reports directly to the President and assists the President and other senior executives on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting and system needs.

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree CPA Public accounting experience highly desirable. At least five years experience as CFO or equivalent within a small to mid- size company within the Oil and Gas Industry. Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills. Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines.
