AT&T Lead Purchasing Specialist - Dallas/Atlanta
Description
Consumer Supply Chain is searching for an individual to manage planning, analysis and procurement of AT&T Mobility devices and/or accessories. This person will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating several variables (existing inventory, demand forecasts, days of stock on hand vs. target, product lifecycle, OEM and distributor production schedules/availability, etc.) to determine and execute upon a supply plan that will appropriately meet desired Distribution Center (DC) and company-wide inventory levels. Individual will own management of the life cycle of the device/accessory from Award to End of Life. This role will require regular collaboration, teamwork, and communication to multiple levels internally and externally in order to ensure success in meeting the supply requirements. They will be looked to as a champion of change within the supply planning organization and to seek/provide solutions that benefit all parties.
SUPERVISORY: NO
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T�s compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Excellent interpersonal, strong oral and written communication skills and organization. Ability to prioritize projects and have the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously. Advanced PowerPoint, Access, and Excel skills. 3-5 years in supply chain, finance, accounting, or marketing function. Demonstrated track record of initiative, collaboration/teamwork, self starting, and leadership.
Desired skills:
CPM certification, Program Management, Bachelors degree in business or related field, at least 1 year of vendor relations management experience, Manugistics and/or Oracle application experience
