We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate District Sales Manager (ADSM). In this role, you will be immersed in a formal training and development program designed to provide the foundation, experience, and skills necessary for promotion to a District Sales Manager (DSM). Through your training, you will be responsible for driving client base sales and interfacing with key ADP stakeholders in contract administration, implementation and client services to ensure the achievement of the region's revenue, profit and retention goals. Upon promotion to the DSM role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your relationship skills by managing a territory of named National Accounts selling our full suite of solutions including HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor Management, tax and Finance Solutions, Pre-employment Services and Retirement Services. The National Accounts Associate District Sales Manager compensation package includes a base salary, training subsidy and commission schedule as well as a car allowance and much more. The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven success in B2B sales consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota– outsourcing sales preferred
· Proven proficiency in “account plan” development and implementation of related sales strategies required
· Proven ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close major account prospects
· Excellent work ethic, motivation and leadership skills
· Bachelor's Degree preferred

The District Sales Manager/Hunter calls on National Accounts prospects (>1,000 employees) to access product and service requirements for potential ADP NAS product or service sales. Grows new market share by selling the depth and breadth of ADP's NAS solutions to all prospects in assigned territory
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attains or exceeds 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
2. Grows ADP's market share of HR/PR clients by:
- Penetrating current in-house/ERP prospects
- Displacing competitive HR/Payroll providers
3. Develops annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals, including the following:
- Compiles “Account Plan” documents for prospective clients, describing existing products and services used, potential product sales and related selling strategy to create robust pipeline.
- Maintains a current prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts.
- Develops prospective client sources utilizing various communication mediums, including personal contact mailings and planning client seminars.
- Utilizes sales automation tools to define market penetration strategies. Identifies and targets competitive prospects and plan strategy to increase market share.
4. Consistently gains access into the C Suite in prospective NAS accounts to effectively deliver a compelling value proposition for NAS outsourcing solutions.
5. Broadens knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products.

Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent in education and experience.
Experience:

- Experience as an ADSM, DSM, Major Accounts District Manager or equivalent sales position with in depth knowledge of National Accounts' products and services.
- Proven ability to effectively prospect into C Suite and continually achieve or exceed assigned sales quota.
- Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications.
- Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge prospects to improve their business processes.
- Proven proficiency in “account plan” development and implementation of related sales strategies required.
- Knowledge of National Account product capabilities versus competitor product strengths/weaknesses.
- Proven ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close National Account prospects.
