vrecruiting is partnering with a growing company in Dallas, Texas who is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller to join their team. This Company is looking for a superstar who can come in, hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on the organization.
Responsibilities
Manages accounting activities of the Analytics Value Center for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, and annual audits and budgets.
Conducts and leads internal financial audits to assure accurate reporting and compliance and may assist in due diligence activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
Is responsible for the activities of the disbursement for the Analytics Headquarter entity, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, core employee expense reports, cash control, core payroll processing and total corporate payroll tax compliance.
Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the Company's value.
Participates and manages a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
Requirements:
Qualifications
CPA or CPA Candidate
Degree in Accounting/Finance
7+ Years experience in a leadership role
Management experience of a team of 3 or more
Industries: High-Tech, Manufacturing or a combination
