We are seeking candidates for a Roadway Depaetment Manager opportunity in the Plano Texas Corporate Ventures Division Office.
The Roadway Depaertment Manager:
Is Responsible for direction and supervision of a large professional or technical group. Department revenue usually is in excess of $1.5 million per year.
Coordinates project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments to ensure clients are provided the best design capabilities to meet their needs.
Is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and maintenance of design engineering programs and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service.
Coordinats activities of engineering department or section.
Assigns priorities and staff to jobs.
Coordinats time and budget on jobs.
Serves as the Client contact.
Delivers quality work, on time, on budget and the clients satisfaction.

Requirements:
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering plus 12 years of experience.
Certification Required PE
